Registration fees

Please look carefully which registration fee applies to you. The fee depends on if you are a student, if you are a member of the IAPR, what your country of residence is, and if you attend the conference on-site in Groningen or online. 

Countries are categorized as follows: 
Category 1: income $13205 or more
Category 2: income $4256 to $13205
Category 3: income $4255 or less

Only on-site:
Pre-conference: regular €50, student (Research Master, PhD) €0
Students attending the pre-conference are also free to attend the regular conference program on 21 August.

Grant applications

Students and researchers in their early career who are in need of financial support, may apply to the board of the IAPR for grants for the conference fee. It is a requirement that the applicant has been accepted to present a paper or a poster at the IAPR 2023 conference.

Applications sent to will be forwarded to the board of IAPR.

Applications are answered after the deadline.

Deadline for application is 1 June 2023.
